Purpose of the Case Study
This case study highlights my role as a Producer for CASA SOIRÉE, a lively poolside event designed to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. My responsibilities ranged from creative direction and visual branding to managing logistics and client coordination. This experience allowed me to adapt quickly to real-time changes while ensuring the event's success.
Context
CASA SOIRÉE was a poolside event hosted at Casa Florida Miami, a stylish cocktail bar and outdoor venue, known for its tropical craft cocktails and vintage decor. The event sought to create a joyful, relaxed environment for the LGBTQ+ community. Held in Miami, the event took place in a tropical setting where curated music, entertainment, and social engagement came together to create an unforgettable atmosphere. Our team of four worked in tandem, both digitally and in-person, to execute the event smoothly while ensuring that all details aligned with the client's vision.
My responsibilities ranged from creative direction and visual branding to managing logistics and client coordination. This experience allowed me to adapt quickly to real-time changes while ensuring the event’s success..
The Problem
Aligning with Client’s Brand While Creating an Inclusive Space: One of the main challenges we faced was ensuring that the event stayed true to Casa Florida Miami’s brand identity—capturing its stylish, tropical, and lively aesthetic—while also ensuring that the event felt welcoming and inclusive to our LGBTQ+ audience. It was important that both the brand's image and the values of inclusion and celebration were reflected seamlessly.
Managing Client Expectations & Real-Time Adaptability: Another challenge was adjusting the event elements based on shifting audience dynamics and client expectations on the day of the event. The atmosphere evolved with the crowd, and we had to be ready to make real-time adjustments to maintain the desired ambiance and meet spontaneous client requests.The Solution

CASA SOIRÉE was crafted to embody carefree joy and celebration, blending vibrant music and entertainment with a tropical escape. I played a crucial role in ensuring that the event remained adaptable while staying true to the creative vision. By overseeing the logistics and responding to last-minute changes, I helped execute an event that catered to both the spontaneous nature of the crowd and the client's evolving needs.

Collaborating on Visual Branding & Creative Direction
Solution Execution: I served as the primary point of communication between our graphic design artist, the client, and the venue to ensure that the event’s visual branding aligned with Casa Florida Miami’s style while also incorporating the event's inclusive tone. While the graphic designer led the creation of event promotional materials, my role was to facilitate the creative process by ensuring the designs met the venue's branding requirements, allowing the artist to be creative while still adhering to the established tone and values of the venue.

CASA SOIRÉE successfully created a vibrant, tropical atmosphere that welcomed not only our regular followers but also Casa Florida Miami’s loyal patrons and tourists visiting Miami. By blending the venue's established style with an inclusive, celebratory environment, we ensured that the event was engaging for everyone, regardless of their background or connection to the venue. Guests could come together to celebrate joy, relaxation, and LGBTQ+ pride in a space that felt welcoming and exciting for both locals and newcomers.
This event was a testament to our ability to craft an experience that resonated with diverse audiences, ensuring that both the client’s brand and the spirit of inclusivity were embedded throughout. It reinforced my capability to create events that are not only true to brand but also universally appealing, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
